This enterprise is the Committee for Economy of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee in Belarus. The committee's activities are focused on economic development in the Minsk region. The committee's website provides information on news, power, governance, and the work of the regional executive committee. The committee's chair, Boris Batura, expressed dissatisfaction with the social-economic development pace in the region in a press conference in 2007. In 2009, the committee announced that 33 projects related to industry, 8 to agriculture, 3 to transportation, and 8 to construction would be implemented. In 2010, the committee announced that three cooperatives, "ЭнерГРАН," "Вудбор," and "АЛЬТЕРтехногрупп," would receive financial support from the regional budget.
