The portal is a cultural-historical space in the heart of Grodno, with a history dating back almost 5 centuries. The current appearance of the complex, located beneath the Grodno Dramatic Theatre and the Castles, took shape in the late 1800s when it was transformed into a brewery. Over the course of more than 100 years, the buildings underwent numerous constructions, demolitions, and additions, changing their purpose. Today, the challenge is to breathe new life into the complex while revealing its rich history, merging the past with the present. The goal is to preserve the valuable elements remaining within these walls, visually expose the layers of eras, and provide these walls with a functional role for modern use. The complex is located in the heart of Grodno, where history intertwines with the contemporary, offering unique opportunities for bold business ideas.
