The Poselkovyj Ispolnitelnyj Komitet Glushanskij (Glushansky District Executive Committee) was established in 1924 as the executive committee of the Glushansky Selsovet (Council of Deputies of Peasants' and Workers' Deputies) in the settlement of Glusha, Bobruisk Rayon, Mogilev Oblast.
