The web project "Centre of Martial Arts" is a training center founded by experienced martial arts instructors from Belarus in September 2017. The center includes veterans of special forces and world champions in combat sambo, hand-to-hand combat, and other martial arts. The fundamental basis of our system is Russian martial arts based on the biomechanical features of the human body. Our system stands out for its variability, unpredictability, and simplicity. The training program is designed for both beginners and individuals with existing skills and knowledge in martial arts. Our goal is to provide a clear understanding of hand-to-hand combat, demonstrate the principles on which it is based, and transfer essential skills for self-defense and protecting those under your care.
