This enterprise, Europa Torgovyj Tsentr OOO Ligora, is a Belarusian company involved in the development and management of shopping and office centers. According to available sources, it is one of the largest developers and managers in the sector in Belarus. The company has already developed and manages several shopping centers in Minsk: Europa, Vostok, Na Goloedda, and Riga. These centers attract investments from Russians, Lithuanians, oil and gas companies, and food industries. The new administrative-trade center is planned to be commissioned by 2011.
