The Grodненsky City Council of Horticultural Cooperatives is responsible for the development of horticultural cooperatives and gardening in the city of Grodno. However, the provision of organic fertilizers for horticultural cooperatives is yet to be regulated. The city, regional, and district councils of people's deputies are required to maintain constant control over the implementation of Party resolutions related to this matter.
