This enterprise is a division of the People's Security and Prevention Department of the Partizansky District Police in Belarus. The division focuses on maintaining public safety and prevention. The division came to public attention due to the disappearance of a senior inspector, Captain Andrey Kanashchevsky, born on March 4, 1979. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus published a notice about his disappearance on their website on March 13, 2007. The division was previously known as the Soviet ROD, and has received awards for its work in maintaining public order during the XXII Olympic Games and in 1981. The division began its service in 1981 and has had various roles in public security and criminal investigations within the Leninsky ROD. In 1994, the division's leader took charge of the local police
