The portal estamp.belpost.by is an electronic postal service provided by RUP "Belpochta" in Belarus. It offers the ability to pay for the sending of simple and registered letters, as well as small packages and postcards, both domestically and internationally, using electronic stamps or marques. These electronic marques are digital codes that can be scanned and contain information about the postal item and the payment, replacing traditional stamps. They can be purchased and printed at home using standard software. The validity of each electronic marque is six months from the date of payment. Users can register and log in to the service to access additional features. The terms of use are outlined in a public offer agreement.
