The organization Belorusskaya Sotsial-Demokraticheskaya Gramada, also known as the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (People's Council), is a political party in Belarus. It was formed in 1996 through the merger of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada) and the Belarusian Popular Front. The party has been unregistered since its creation. In February 2009, the party's leader, Aleksandr Kozyulin, was convicted of a crime and called for his immediate release. In August 2009, Kozyulin announced his departure from the party due to disagreements with its leader Stanislau Shushkevich. The party's website provides information on its history and activities.
