The portal Belpost.by offers electronic postage stamp services through RUP Belpochta. The website provides users with the ability to pay for and send various types of mail, both domestically and internationally, using electronic marques instead of traditional stamps. These electronic marques are scannable codes that contain information about the mail and confirm payment for postal services. Users can purchase and use these marques to pay for the following types of mail within Belarus: simple and registered letters, simple and registered parcels, and simple and registered postcards. For international mail, users can pay for simple and registered letters only. The website includes a registration page, a password recovery feature, and a terms of service agreement. The electronic marques are printed on envelopes or paper using standard software. Used marques cannot be returned or exchanged. The validity period for each marque is six months from the date of payment
