This enterprise, named Межгосударственный Совет По Стандартизации, Метрологии И Сертификации (MGS), is a regional organization for standardization and certification in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Established in 1994, MGS is responsible for the development and implementation of interstate standards in various fields.
