The organization, Речицкий метизный завод (RMZ), is a leading manufacturer of special screws, enabling its presence on the market of almost all European countries. The company, established in 1912 as a producer of nail and wire products, has been part of the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant Production Union since 2006. RMZ manufactures various screws, bolts, nuts, and other fasteners. The company increased its export by 22% in the first quarter of 2009 and plans to produce 1,5 tons of high-strength fasteners per month. RMZ employees advertise job openings on the SPR website.
