It is known for having been the site of a renowned artist, Винцас Свирскис, in the late 19th to early 20th century. The firm gained recognition when a group of activists from the Belarusian Young Pioneers, along with teachers and parents, built a unique composition in its first shift in 2010. The Belarusian State Philharmonic employed a musician, Эдмундас Куликаускас, who studied under Д. Свирскис and Р.Армонас at the National School of Arts in Lithuania and at the Moscow Conservatory, from 1986 to 1989.
