This website, titled "Карта учащегося - iCards.by," is dedicated to the registration and identification of issuers in a global numbering system that adheres to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 7812 series of standards. The ISO/IEC 7812 series of international standards permits the registration of issuers for plastic, virtual, thin, flexible, single-use, smart chip, and mobile device cards, among others, for various fields of application. In the Republic of Belarus, the functions of the issuer registration authority are assigned to the National Interdepartmental Research and Production Center for Systems and Electronic Business Operations (State Enterprise "Center for Systems Identification").
