This enterprise is a regional union of trade unions coordination council in Soligorsk, Belarus. The organization consists of nine regional and three city organizations with the status of regional industry unions, 92 district committees, 19 united trade organizations, and 22 territorial coordination councils of the heads of trade unions. The union's primary goal is to improve working conditions and ensure independence from external influence for its members. Historical records indicate that the Soligorsk miners, who were also part of the Belarusian National Front, closely collaborated with the Miners' Union. The coordination council of the trade unions was established to facilitate cooperation and closer joint work between various union entities.
