The October Center of History and Culture is a department of the Oktiabrsky district culture committee, located in the Oktiabrsky region of Belarus. Established on January 30, 1967 as the Oktiabrsky Museum of People's Glory, it is now known as the Oktiabrsky Center of History and Culture.
