ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЙ СУД СНГ

This enterprise is the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). It is an institution established to resolve interstate economic disputes within the CIS. According to available information, the Economic Court was formed in accordance with the Agreement on the Status of the Economic Court of the CIS from July 1992 and the Regulations on the Economic Court of the CIS. The Court is composed of an equal number of judges from each CIS member state. The Economic Court maintains interactions and cooperation with the supreme courts of CIS member states and other relevant organizations, including the Eurasian Economic Community, to resolve economic disputes.
