The enterprise also organizes seminars for specialists in cultural heritage preservation in various ministries and districts. The Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage has the authority to determine protection zones for cultural heritage sites in accordance with the Moscow Oblast's Law No. 26/2005-OZ "On Objects of Cultural Heritage (Monuments of History and Culture) in the Moscow Oblast." It also plays a role in adding masterpieces of traditional crafts to the state registry of historical-cultural heritage sites.
